Best boot I've owned. Good grip sole. Very comfortable and no brake-in for fit.
Super comfortable and overall great value on a great pair of boots. Break in period was almost non existent. I hike treacherous country for work and these boots are up to the task. The zipper is a nice touch for stability and quick on off capabilities. Have yet to try them in water, but they are breathable in the 110 I hike daily in. My go to boot from now on
Very comfortable! Size is great and very light weight!
Great boots, second time buying and I got two pairs this time. Luckily, I was able to physically try them on the first time I bought them so knew to order a full size larger this time. The fit is still snug but should loosen up a bit over the the next week or so. The YKK zipper tug is a funky green this time but is hidden under the Velcro strap so isn't really a big deal. The knife pockets are gimmicky and unnecessary but I'm happy with the quality, design, and durability of the boots.
Beautiful boots zipper a little rough very comfortable easy to put on run small 12 fits but snug suggest 13 feels very durable and cold days right socks you should be alright. I really love the color and the boots!!!!
I haven't had enough time to break them in, yet; but I've worn a LOT of combat boots over the years and these are great right out of the box. The fit is perfect. Nice and snug without any hot spots. The zipper is really convenient and you can put the boots on with the laces tied and zip them up. Good to go. I wore them around for a few hours and they're really comfortable walking, kneeling, whatever. I can't speak to the durability, yet; but I'll make an update in a few months.I've worn Danner and Bates boots mostly, and I've always scoffed at 5.11 gear as "tacticool" stuff; but these boots do seem to be worth the money.
Gone through many pairs of boots over the years. The last 5 years these have been my go to duty boots. Light weight, comfy and durable. Other boots used to last maybe 12 months, these are going 18 months to two years before replacement. Only bad thing has been the side zipper. The pull part of the zipper has broken on each pair I've had. Just past 12 months on each before it would snap. I even have an extra pair for just around the house now.
