I ordered these 6-inch soft-toe work boots from the SAFETY LOONG store for everyday utility wear around the property—shop tasks, light outdoor work, or just comfortable boots that look sharp without being overbuilt.Right out of the box, the Nubuck leather is done exceptionally well—supple, even coloring, no rough spots or cheap feel. It has that premium broken-in look and softness from the start, while still feeling protective.Each boot weighs 22 ounces—noticeably lightweight for a 6-inch welt-construction design, making them easy to wear all day without fatigue. The Goodyear welt and slip-resistant sole give good durability and traction on concrete, gravel, or damp grass. Fabric is really nice, I absolutely love the zipper. I always thought it was dumb and it would possibly cause pain but zero problems with this and it's great I can tie them and just unzip to remove. The only negative is there's no flap or loop on the back to grab to help putting these on. The sole isn't slippery and it doesn't feel like it will quickly fall apart. It LOOKS like it's sewn through the layers but I really can't tell without cutting it apart. I can assume at this price it's just pressed/glued. Regardless though, they're great boots. I can wear these to work no problems(these are not steel toe by the way, but the toe isn't soft), and have worn them for a few hours without break-in and they didn't hurt.
