My husband wears camo everything. For years he wore bass pro moss. When his feet started hurting I looked for a more sturdy sole and tennis shield type. Finally, he believed me when I presented him with these shoes and they fit great. Feet problem solved...sometimes men should listen to their wives..haha. the only problem was one shoe lace was long and one the right size. Strange. But it's OK, easy fix.
These were for my son for turkey hunting. He likes them to fit tighter so we bough a size smaller, and he says he loves how they fit. It's a good true camo and has the steel toe insert - just to keep him from bashing his foot on rocks. I do wish the sole was a bit stickier but the shoe is a good buy for that price. We're happy!
Wore these hiking straight out of the box. Very comfortable. Wore them all day and my feet felt great.
Comfy but buy a size bigger than you need.
I got these 2 weeks ago on a Friday. After putting them on and walking back and forth to get a feel for them I was very Happy. When I removed the shoes 7 hours later and placed then next to a Couch and went to bed. After a 8 hours of sleep I get up and go to put on the shoes and noticed that the glue had let loose on the inside front section of the left shoe. I hadn't even put a mile of use on them and was upset over the rubber coming unglued.
I like the camouflage look. They are waterproof for the most part. They have a good tread. They've held up well. The only problem is they don't make them apparently in a wide width. This is creating a blister and I've actually rubbed through the lateral lining of the shoe.
Just returned from a 8 hour tour in Iceland thank goodness I bought these shoes they were the only thing on me that stayed dry and I put them through the test.
