Fantastic recovery sandals! Great looks, very comfort!!
I'm really impressed with these recovery sandals! Right from the unboxing, the packaging felt premium and high-quality – a nice first touch. The sandals themselves look great on foot (size: US7), exactly what I was hoping for in terms of style. They have a cool, sporty look that works with everything I've worn them with so far.The best feature is the swappable insoles. That's why I bought them! I've tried both:- Beige Insole: Feels like stepping onto super soft memory foam – incredibly comfortable. But it still provides excellent support.- Orange Insole: This one has noticeable raised nubs that give a gentle massage effect. I wore these sandals after a long day of shopping and switched to the orange insole when I got home. After just 10-15 minutes, I could feel the tension and soreness in my feet easing up. It really works! They are also lightweight despite the thick sole, and my feet genuinely feel less tired even after wearing them for hours. They've become my go-to footwear literally all summer long – super comfortable and versatile. Please consider offering more colors for the insoles! It would be amazing to have more options to match different outfits or moods.Overall: Highly recommend! Great build quality, stylish, incredibly comfortable, and the dual-function insoles (plush comfort vs. active recovery massage) are a game-changer. Excellent value.

Best Recovery Sandals I’ve Tried — Switchable Insoles Are Genius
I’ve owned a few recovery slides before, but ACIKI takes it to another level with their dual insole design. You get one insole for post-workout recovery — firm with pressure points that hit all the right spots to relieve foot tension — and another for daily wear that’s softer but still supportive. What I love is the balance: they’re not overly soft like some brands that feel good but don’t actually help, and they’re not so firm that you can’t wear them casually. Whether I’m recovering after a gym session or just running errands, these sandals feel great.I do hope they release more color options and a wider range of sizes.

Hard Pass. Save your money!
Really wanted to like these, but they’re unwearable after just two uses. They’re already very expensive, so the inserts should not be slipping out while I’m walking. I could only even wear the soft one and not the hard one because it hurt my feet. They’re also very ugly and large. Felt like I had clown slippers on. The only positive was they did support my arch and feet the two times I got to wear them before the inserts started to warp and slip out.

They squeak
These are comfortable at first but the insert slides out when I walk and they squeak with every step.

Very supportive, but not the right fit for me.
I was happy to finally find a slide type shoe that I could wear inside of my house that would support my feet. I wear the typical flat slides around my home only, but I cook a lot. I deal with plantar fasciitis as well as lower back pain due to being on my feet for hours at a time. I also need to wear comfy shoes inside but it was so difficult to find something supportive enough and that actually helped. I decided to try these out and honestly I’m glad I did. They definitely weren’t what I expected and other than them being a slide type shoe, they’re the total opposite of what I’m used to. They’re pretty stiff which can actually be a good thing because they’re certainly supportive. I also love that they come with 2 different types of inserts for casual wear and recovery purposes. However, they weren’t really practical for me so that’s on me. First, the upper strap that goes over the top of the foot when you slide your foot in isn’t adjustable. So it’s a very tight fit for the top part of my feet in particular, I almost had to force them inside of the shoe. On the other hand, the rest of the shoe from mid-foot to heel is pretty wide open for wide feet. This makes it hard to wear socks with these on, but honestly they may just be made to be worn while barefoot or with very thin socks which I do understand. These are not your typical flexible slide. While wearing them without socks, it puts nice pressure on the soles of my feet but I couldn’t wear them long term because after a while that pressure turned to discomfort and I’d have to take them off. They’re also extremely high off the ground so you’re gonna need some good balance adjustment to not fall over at first. The other thing I didn’t love is that the insert would move around as I walked and I’d have to stop, remove the shoe, and push the insert back in. So I can see how they could be a great, supportive shoe, but I’ll have to find an alternative that I can wear for longer spans of time in flexible settings.

Great for flat feet
Got it for a friend that was struggling with finding good sandals for her flat feet. She loved these! Both inserts are great in different ways, one for cushioning and other for recovery. Good fit and size!
