Great for sore feet
My one negative is minor. I really wish their logo wasn't embedded in the footbed of the shoe. It's a little irritating to my feet and ruins what would otherwise be a perfect feel.On the plus size:1) I like that you can adjust the fit with the velcro strap at the top. This means you can make a perfect fit even if you have a tweener foot size.2) These are great for people with chronically sore feet as the footbed is extremely well padded. After a day on my feet on nothing but hard surfaces, I walk around in flip flops, and I feel every step. With these, my feet are so incredibly cushioned that I feel no pain. I have regained pleasure in doing things around the house that once avoided if my feet were hurting.3) These are great for people with plantar fasciitis or nighttime foot swelling. Putting your feet to floor in the morning is the worst feeling in the world if you have experienced either of these conditions, but the thickness of the padding absolutely cushions the foot and keeps you from feeling the hurt!In summary:I'm not going to gush and say that these are the greatest house shoes ever made. That's a load of whatever. However, they are unique in that the footbeds are extremely well-cushioned, better than any other around the house shoe that I ever owned. "Cloud cushion" is accurate with these shoes, which is shocking for the low price point. I can safely say to anyone dealing with nighttime foot swelling, plantar fasciitis, or chronically sore feet, you will never regret this purchase.

Comfortable, secure men's spa slippers
This is the second pair of Acorn Spa Slides that I have purchased for my husband. He tends to be too warm and does not like his whole foot ensconced in a pair of slippers. These are perfect. They have amazingly good support, even for his very high arches. The bottoms are non-slip so he can wear them outside if he needs to. We originally bought a Sz 10, but his toes came all the way to the edge, so we bought him a Sz 10.5 for the second pair.

Very comfortable
I really like the thick, soft footbed. As other reviewers have reported, you can "fall off" the slipper. I've found that simply taking care not to go fast, especially around corners, is all you have to do to minimize the issue. If you see yourself having to sprint after a toddler, maybe this is not the slipper for you. They are nice and warm but your feet can breathe. I work in a home office and spend the day in my slippers, so this is important. The thickness means that cold floors don't make your feet cold.It may take a couple of tries to get them adjusted to your liking. Do not adjust them whilst standing on them. When you sit down, they will be too tight. When walking, you sink down into them slightly.My only complaint has to do with the Velcro. The way mine are adjusted, a good deal of scratchy Velcro is exposed on the outside. If you sit and cross your feet, the outside becomes the inside and your slippers want to cling together a bit. This is pretty minor. Less minor is a worry that I may not have all that much Velcro engaged and it may wear out over time. Only time will tell.6 years later: I just bought a second pair. The first pair I bought are starting to come apart after years of daily use. I'm happy with how long they lasted. They got thin spots a year or two ago but felt fine. Now they are worn out.

Best Slippers on the Planet
This is my second order of these slippers; I bought two pair this time they are just that comfortable. Excellent support and cushion for the feet - can wear in or outside, durable. I still have the last pair, they have been through many washes and are holding up after well over a year of constant wear. I bought two more because I had had that fear that well, I better order two more just in case. Once you fall in love with a good product they ALWAYS stop selling or making them! Shoot, you could sleep in these bad boys they are so comfortable! I am a house shoe hound and am always on the search for the holy grail of house shoes. Well, I found them. I live in a year round hot climate so open toes are a must. These are a far cry from the run of the mill dollar store brand - you know the ones where you feel you might as well be barefooted and avoid rocks at all costs. Just like the name says, these are the types of shoes they give you in a very high end spa. I am in love with them and will buy them as long as they keep making them and I hope they never stop! Perspective on these slippers
I bought these for my husband (we share a prime account). He has size 15 feet! In fact, he is a very large person, and buying anything is tricky. One of the selling points for these house shoes was actually in the negative reviews; they run large. For me that was a boon. I was shipped the size 13-14.5, which normally would be too small, and they fit him perfectly.They look just like the picture, are comfortable and cushy and (selling point number 2) machine washable! His previous house shoes had become nightmares, so this was an early Christmas gift. According to other reviews, they hold up well in the wash. If I have any problems I'll add a note.We're both thrilled by these slippers. The old ones were such horrors that I could smell them across the room. He works on his feet all day and needs something to slip on when he takes his boots off. Anyway, these are machine washable! The old ones had cardboard coming out around the edges...So I'm sure that they do run big, but if you are a large person this is a big advantage, and just think how much longer your little investment will last as you can wash them...
