Amazing, a real mood booster!
I have had sheepskin scuffs forever. Mine were worn out and I selected these as my new ones. SOOOO glad I did! Backstory: #1 -- I normally wear 8-8.5 WW shoes. I couldn't find a good choice of slippers in "wide width" so sized up to a 9. #2 -- I am in late stages of recovering from a broken foot with a little stiffness and ache left over, so I wanted lots of cushion, an indoor/outdoor sole that had support but wasn't super stiff, and not too high re: arch support. #3 -- a lot of sheepskin scuffs now have a completely open back that is easy to accidentally slip out of. Point is that there are many ways my new slippers could go wrong! Great news -- these Acorn scuffs are absolutely perfect. The fit is snug but not tight (and will loosen a little over time). The shearling and other cushioning is remarkable -- thick, soft, luxurious. (Yes, the sheepskin will mush down over time, just the way it is. I have bought new sheepskin insoles for slippers before and will again. No problem.) As for my recovering broken foot -- I walk better in these slippers than I do in any other shoes I have, without pain/ache. In love with these slippers. Thank you, Acorn!

Wear it every day
I'm a size 8, these fit true to size... nice arch support ‐ not overly arched, just right. And the arch has staying power ‐ The arch might go down a bit but remains supportive. The real fur lining DOES absolutely make a difference in temperature control. I love in the Northeast and I wear these at some point EVERY DAY... even in summer (mostly indoors then). And these are my all day shoe/slippers when I'm at home ... comfy to wear them outside and inside. I treat myself to a new pair every year or two since they get worn A LOT... They *are* pricey, but I wait for them to go down to $50-60 (usually during the summer). But even if I bought them at full price... the price/day is minuscule. Treat yourself ‐ you will not regret it!

Best and warmest slippers ever!
These slippers are really high-quality. The shearling is real and it’s warm and even when the house is really cold my feet are toasty. I’ve bought other brands that didn’t have real shearling and they don’t measure up. I like that you can slide right into these without fussing about putting the heel up.. Just a high quality slipper and very comfortable.

Stepping into these slippers is like feeling a deep sigh of relief
Stepping into these slippers is like feeling a deep sigh of relief....Like sliding into a cloud. They are so soft and cushiony and warm and fit perfectly. They give support because of the solid bottoms (they don't slosh around; your feet don't slide around in them), yet the soles are adequately flexible. I love being able to step out on the porch in these, even in the wet and cold. I work from home and am in these for most of my day. After being out and about, with a very bad leg, which radiates pain down into my feet, it is an indescribable relief to put these on when I get home. These are the most comfortable slippers I've ever worn! I wish they would make street shoes/booties that felt this way! Because of my bum leg, I always bear my weight on one leg, and yes, the inside fur has worn away quite a bit (it was evident in a few months of wear). But they still feel the same incredibly comfortable! I LOVE these slippers, and will be buying another pair soon...

For me, the Acorn Ewe Collar Mule is the best!
I bought a pair of these slippers over a year ago and wore them quite a bit. They were comfy, cozy, and with moderate support and, most important for me, a well cushioned foot bed. I have nerve damaged feet from chemo for breast cancer and, without the well-padded foot bed, I can't really walk. These did the trick; however, in less than a year (I wear them year round, in the morning and evening), the foot bed was pretty well smashed down, so I thought I would try two other well-known brands, Ughs and Minnetonka. The Minnetonkas were huge (and I mean like they were men's shoes!) and I didn't feel like playing a guessing game with return and send, over and over, so ordered a pair of Ughs, reluctantly, because they just aren't the same since selling out to China. They were so-so. Ok, maybe, but twice the price. In the end, I just wanted my cozy Acorns back - with a nicely padded foot bed - so ordered another pair. These are great slippers and would have given them five stars if the padding hadn't crushed so quickly. I suppose I'll just be ordering new each year and get resigned to that fact because during that first year, for me, they can't be beaten!

A Really Great Slipper
This slipper is super comfortable and warm. Your foot just slides in but has that little rise in the back to keep your foot in place which makes them better than a scuff with no backing. These slippers are very warm but great in summer also because the lambs wool wicks so feet don’t sweat.

Compare favorably to more expensive brands
This is my second pair of Acorn Ewe Collar Mules. They compare favorably with other, more expensive brands in terms of size, comfort and warmth and they are easier to walk in and more flexible than others. You can wear them outside to the mailbox, or in the backyard because the soles are strong and sturdy. I admit that I have even worn them to run an errand or two. My only objection is that the inside fleece on the inner sole wears away much too quickly, to the point that patches of fleece disappear completely. When you first put them on, they are warm and cozy and fit my feet snugly, like a good pair of gloves. Once the fleece wears out, they become too big and floppy. I end up having to put socks on to take up the extra space. That is why I am buying another pair in less than a year. In my opinion, this should not happen, especially considering the cost of these slippers. Nevertheless, I have seen the same complaint leveled against the more expensive brands, or I would have purchased something else.
