You need these slippers in your life, for serious.

I was tempted to give this only 4 stars because of the weird sizing/pricing, but everything else about the slippers makes up for that and then some. I wear a 7.5-8, ordered the 6.5-7.5, and they are just sliiiightly roomier than I'd like. But damn are they comfy. I would live in these slippers if it was socially acceptable. I still might try.I only planned on wearing these around the house, so I just ordered the cheapest pattern/color at the time. (not sure why different patterns have such wildly varying pricing over time, but whatever) I ended up with the Chinchilla, and they look pretty cool. Ridiculously soft too. Sometimes I'll just sit there and pet the slippers when no one is looking. They are very cushy, and hold their cush well. The soles are thick and high too, so I can wear them out to the mailbox after it's rained and not worry about it. The style is perfect for me too, enough ankle to stay on my feet without flopping around, but it doesn't chafe!I felt silly for paying this much for house slippers, but holy hell, it is worth it. IF they ever wear out I will buy a new pair for sure.

slippers are fleece and warm but NO SUPPORT

I was excited to get these slippers. It is cold where I live and the slippers I currently have are open on the back. I was hoping for a supportive pair of warmer slippers with arch support.That is NOT what I got. There is NO SUPPORT at all! It is kind of cushy.... and it is made of fleece---so it is fairly warm if you can stand to wear them very long.I am very disappointed that there is no arch support at all. I had read the reviews that said the little embroidered acorn under the heel was bothersome..... oh wow is it ever!!Because the slippers were warm.... I thought I would give them a try and keep them for the colder months. But the acorn placement under the heel HURTS! I tried to use a seem ripper and take the embroidery off..... but it did NOT work....there is a lot of thread that is attached on the back of the fabric somehow and won't come out..... so now I can't send them back because of trying to take the acorn off and I can't wear them because the acorn hurts....I am disappointed! I should've just purchased a pair of fleece basic slippers from the men's section of a local walmart/target type store. They would've had some basic cushion on the bottom (These only have a very basic flat cushion on the bottom). The local store slippers would've been much cheaper and would NOT have had a painful acorn symbol on the bottom of the heel!I would return them if I could....but I can't.

Wonky sizing, stretches out, but cozy

I keep ordering this style (though I will never get over the lack of a colour/pattern that fits my aesthetic). I find the soles to be firm and non-slippy, the insoles to be squishy/padded (but there's not really arch support), and the whole thing to be cosy warm. In general, they last me up to a year. I'm guessing, if you don't wear them for many hours every day (I work from home and have to wear slippers all day for a few reasons), they'd last longer.But here's what you need to know: They are going to stretch out. And you are going to want to order probably a size down. I wear a size 8-9 in other shoes, but always wear the 6.5-7.5 (aka Medium) in these. My latest pair have just arrived, and I've just put them on (over socks). They're snug, but the length is right. What's going to happen, over the next few months, is they're going to stretch. Within 6 months, they're going to feel just loose enough that I'll either feel more secure with socks (though not quite secure enough) or I'll appreciate the looseness as the temperatures rise. Washing them will shrink them a little, but won't "reset" them.If I could find the same level of warmth, thick squishy insoles, and soles that are good for running out on wet pavement to check the post, and do it without this wild stretch, I'd change my slipper allegiance. For now, though, these are at least reasonable as my autumn and spring slipper (and winter if we don't get too cold).

Roomy but extremely comfortable

I normally wear a size 11 shoes, and the 9.5-10.5 fit great for length. I have a normal width foot, but these were surprisingly wide for my foot. Even with the extra bit of roominess, these slippers are extremely comfortable and warm. They do not have good arch support, but I also do not expect that from a slipper or house shoe. These slippers are very well made, and the rubber sole will help them hold up for a long time. I love that they can be washed, too! They are great house shoes, and I would definitely buy them again.
