There are people who complained about this boots smell and other nonsense - it's all nonsense.Let me speak as a guy who wears leather boots - they all rot and fail, all of them, you know how you stop it? you leather treat them, you coat them in mink oil, saddle soap and other treatments and you make sure they are lubricated and protected.This is an honestly made boot, its solid tough leather, its simple, its uninsulated - it's how a boot SHOULD be, these are IDEAL to me.I would go so far as to say this is one of the best boots I've ever worn and aside from high-end boots like Nicks or Whites, this is about as good as it gets.If you are looking for a cheap, rugged boot you can wear - that needs proper boot treatment like they all do - than this is your boot.If you are a man who likes to play dress up and cannot care for things due to ignorance, you probably wont like this boot.

Sore toes, twisted ankles

Great boot and looks great. Toe box has plenty of room to be comfortable and the width is wider then cheaper brands. Bigger overall then expected, but thats fine for buying online.Update. After the leather broke in it doesn't tie down right enough to prevent soreness. Sole is very hard, ties start hurting 2 hours into wearing them. I'd return but the leather breaks in AFTER the return window. I've twisted my ankle in these in mud, and big toes constantly hurt. Wish I could refund these.

Pretty decent boots.
