These are great boots fit well and feel and look great very happy so far 3 weeks in wearing 10-12 hrs at work. Best leather quality I ever had in boots compared to Carolina’s and Georgia boots which i have
Fits like a glove, just wore them around house for 3 hours. Felt great the whole time, a bit tight getting on, loosened up to just right at the end. No wear points noted. Construction & materials are top notch expect them to last decades, not just a few years. Came well oiled and finished, will use for office, & occasional feeding the horses. Added: were them around town yesterday, still exceeds expectations, very comfortable, looks good, still love them!
Pretty good Boots overall, i use them for casual wear and in general I wear them alot. The size is a bit iffy because I dont have huge feet but every shoe fits different, I tried these in a 10.5 wide and they were huge, more like 11.5 extra wide so I returned them and just ordered a 10 regular and it fit perfectly, a little snug but if You wear them a for a week or a long ass day they will definitely break in, the insoles are a little stiff so I replaced them and the heels were manufactured a little bit choppy but they still are held up, so overall all including looks and comfort they're about a 7/10. They dont get super hot so You can wear them in summer, they are strong boots and they're not that heavy, they keep my posture straight and they work great.
I’m loving these! I need to break them in, but they’re exactly what I was hoping for. I usually wear a half-size up, but got the size 10, and they fit me well. Good feel with just a bit of lift. Been wearing them a few hours each day with no blisters. The reddish color shift gives style too! Very sharp look and excellent quality.
I bought a pair of these Ad-Tec boots a couple weeks ago. The fit and comfort was perfect and I kept raving to my wife about how great they were. So much so that she finally suggested I should buy a second pair as a back up for when these perfect boots start to show their wear. So I ordered and received the second pair of the same boot just today. I opened the box and could not believe my eyes! The photo I've included tells the tale. Neither of the two boots show any signs on the sole as having ever been worn. The problem is totally with the terribly mismatched grains of leather in each boot. One looks like rhino leather and the other looks like it came from a shark. (exaggeration but you get my point here). I can't believe they would send something like this out to a customer. And just to clarify, the photo I've included is of the two new second pair of boots that arrived in the same box together. I've already re-boxed the boots and am sending them back today. I imagine they will simply re-package them and send them out to some other unsuspecting buyer and to him I say, caveat emptor.
I'll be honest, the boots are tight FOR ME but I have hugely wide feet & when I ordered them, this was completely expected. I struggle to buy boots anyway & i thought i'd try these because the price was right & i know I cannot buy proper slip on cowboy boots to ride in. Mostly I end up with very round toed work boots or super heavy duty hiking/hunting boots.I had low expectations of these.I've only had them a day & they were incredibly tight to put on the first time. However, I could get them on (which is always a good start for me! ) & i decided to forego the return option..... i laced them up as tight as I could, then stood in a bath full of warm water until they were saturated. I've been wearing them for 10 straight hours now, they're 95% dry & have formed PERFECTLY to my feet. They are incredibly supple in the flex areas of my feet, while maintaining a solid horse-hoof deflecting stiffness in the toe. The sole is supple & the heel easy to walk on.I will definitely buy them again.You'll want to size up by a half size at least.EDIT TO ADD: I wore them all day yesterday on a 9 hour trail ride. Absolutely comfortable & they've broken in perfectly. I couldn't be happier with them!
I was looking to replace my Justin lace up rompers that I’ve worn for years and love. After searching quite awhile, I came across this boot. I liked the look and that the upper was leather. I was concerned about the fit after reading reviews. I decided to take a chance and glad I did. This boot fits ...perfectly! The style is nice, love the cut of the heel. The one thing I’m missing from ropers is the leather sole, but easy trade off. I recommend this boot to everyone. The fit, for me, is spot on. If you have a wide foot these may not work, but lucky me I don’t:)
