Adidas shoe user would find it easy to integrate
I wear a pair of adidas US 9.5 running shoes (0.5 larger than my largest feet, to cater for space for my feet during my runs). For spikes, it should be as close to your feet, so I got a US 9 pair of spike from adidas. The sizing is good; width is adequate and comfortable than my Nike’s maxcat 4. The spikes felt more responsive than the maxcat due to its hard spike plate, and have been using for 3 sessions and no issue integrating to it, no shin splint experienced so it seems like a good start with this spike.

Comfortable shoes
Other than the fact that I had to order these shoes twice, first pair got lost during shopping, these shoes are great. My son needed them for his track team. He said they are lightweight and comfortable.

They are legit!
Fits my son to the T which is good in track. Came on time and for the price I spent on them I was so suprised that they were actually the real deal. Love it!

Nice color and fits true to size
Nice color and fits true to size! Very lightweight/ stiff plate just what my son needs for hurdles, and sprints. So far satisfied with product & the 2day shipping was nice.
