Why did you pick this product vs others?:I looked at these and thought a designer may have left another company and ended up at Adidas. True or not, these are great shoes. Tons of support. True to size. Incredible comfort.
I ordered these in my normal size 9.5 US but read the reviews after I ordered them and thought surely they would be too small and I'd have to send them back. They actually fit perfectly lengthwise but they are very roomy widthwise. I thought maybe they were wides but they're not. They're very lightweight and comfortable. I walk between 5 and 7 miles a day in them. They also look great with jeans or khakis.
Runs a little small
I bought these shoes for a trip I was taking to Washington State, where I knew I would be hiking and doing quite a bit of walking.These are great shoes, I don't know if they claim to be waterproof, but we ended up in a downpour and when I got inside, I noticed my socks were completely dry.They are a well made shoe, the sole is non-slip and feels like a all-terrain car tire and are absolutely great for hiking, especially those that don't like the big heavy boots that go to up to your shin. The are somewhat stiff but I had them broken in just a day of walking around.Highly recommended.
Very comfortable hiked 16 miles in the mountains of New Mexico. Perfect for the rainy days and the snow on top the mountain. If you’re on the fence these are great for the money and held up perfectly. Very functional would purchase again if my foot grew
Stability, traction, ankle support--all excellent. Shoe is excellent quality. However, after walking around London for two days, my feet felt like they were going to explode. I am normally a size 11 1/2 in Hoka/Asics/and most Addidas. A 12 in Nike. I thought 12.5 would be good for these since everyone said they ran small. I should have gone with the 13. The toe box is fairly narrow. The biggest problem is that the size is based on the length from the heel to the toe, like it should be, but the way the shoe is constructed forms the heel compartment back about 1/2" too far, so the shoe feels smaller than it really is. If you have a prominent heel and thin feet, then these may fit a little more true to size. I have a narrow heel and high arches and a slightly larger-than-normal forefoot, so these feel really good when I am going uphill and your foot wants to slide back into the heel box. However, walking flat or going downhill is not good, as the shoe forces everything into a point. No matter how I lace the shoes, I run into the same problem.
Good traction in soft material. Fits my wide feet. Wears a little fast for my liking.
