This is my second pair of Adidas Ultra Boost DNA shoes and I hope it never gets discontinued! All I can say is Adidas really hit the ballpark with this shoe. I’ve never worn a shoe as multifunctional and durable as Ultra boost DNA.✅Stylish for casual wearing✅Comfortable for traveling✅Walking and running sprintsMy first pair lasted about 2 years. It was the pair of shoes I used to travel, walk, and simply wear for an everyday casual wearing. Just on the walking part alone I put no less than 500 miles.I slip in these when I travel. I can literally wear them for multiple days without worry my feet would eventually start to hurt. Trust me I’ve done 24+ itineraries there’s no other shoe that can match these in comfort. It looks stylish and slick, they never seem out of place. They are soft but will keep you grounded. If you prone to getting your ankles sprained these shoes are perfect. Both, toe box and heel are wide and will keep your ankles from accidentally twisting one way or another.
These are my son’s third pair of Ulta boosts. He says they are the most comfortable shoes. Amazon made ordering super fast and easy.
great shoes that are super comfortable, lightweight, and offer excellent traction and arch support.
Extremely lightweight product and durable fabric. Very comfortable though I wish it had a little more orthotic support for my flat feet. True-to-size fit and stylish look and easy to clean
I bought a size 10.5, one full size larger than my shoe size. I always buy my running shoes at least one half size larger. And the fit is great. Other reviewers had mentioned that the shoes fit too narrowly or that they are too tight in the heal. I have very wide feet, and these shoes are not at all too narrow. I agree the heel is snug, but that is a plus for me, as my heels are a bit boney. I also have a very high arch, so high that it is difficult to get any shoe on my foot - especially these with a fixed tongue - but that is also no worry for me, as I always use a shoe horn. Have some extra room in the shoe beyond my toes, but that is no concern for me, I like them to fit this way, more room is a plus, for comfort and cooling, so long as the heel and arch area are snug, which they are. I normally go with a zero rise running shoe - these do have some heel padding, but it is not excessive, and they are amazingly light.
I've been an ultraboost fan for a decade, and I've owned more than 10 pairs. The all black pair has always been my safe shoe with black jeans for casual looks and they blend in nice for a casual work look too. I bought a pair of the 5x ultraboost about 4 months ago, and within the first month, they were already falling apart. the bottom of the shoe was slowly peeling off, the black around the edge of the base ripped off too, I've never had a pair fall apart so quickly.Fast forward to now, I buy the 1.0 because they're more similarly shaped to ultraboosts I've purchased in the past because I'm going on a long vacation and need great walking shoes. I wore these to a baseball game to break them in and after mostly sitting, my left foot was killing me for a week. I tried loosening them, but no matter what the material under the tongue DRIVES into the top of your foot and hurts so much. That was two weeks ago, and I just told myself I need to break them in... WRONG! They still hurt and my foot is killing me. Money wasted, and now I need to find a new walking shoe because Adidas' quality has completely tanked.
