Adidas SPD mountain shoes
Was searching for a SPD shoe to go with some Shimano clipless pedals on my 29er mountain bike. These are perfect. Light-weight, comfortable, excellent quality materials with a sturdy sole. The flat, olive green color goes with all of my mountain/gravel bike cargo shorts. The insole can be removed to access the backside of the SPD receiver plate for cleat installation. Nice feature. Shoe laces and velcro straps are also nice to secure shoe laces, so they are not flopping around during ride. These shoes look normal and can be worn casual when not riding a bike. These shoes may not be ideal for single track mountain biking... but for rail trail riding and cross country endurance gravel biking, the adidas mountain shoes fit well in this application. Highly recommended for Mountain and Gravel biking. A+

Very nice well constructed breathable shoe. Very easy to install the clips. It has a nice firm sole making it an easy shoe for standing up while biking. It looks good enough to pass as a normal shoe if your just stopping in a gas station or store after your ride without standing out as a MTB shoe.
