I've worn these for trail walking, trail jogging, and for pickleball as I hunt for the perfect pair of pickleball shoes. I really enjoy these for all applications. I never get blisters on the trail, but I did get a blister when I was improperly using them for pickleball, which was rectified by simply wearing higher socks. I didn't realize when I bought them that the whole shoes is waterproof, I thought it was just going to be the molded plastic bit that you can visibly see from the outside, but the entire shoe has a waterproof lining built into the inside. I recommend.
