The Merrell’s aren’t what they used to be so I was looking for a replacement to wear on my daily 5 miles of rucking (30 pound pack) and found these shoes by adidas.Great support, grip on the terrain and weight of the shoe!Comfortable to wear with a properly sized toe box and for less cost than the Merrells.
My first pair of Adidas ever, build quality appears to be very good and the shoes fit great. They are a little stiff at first, but after some wearing time, they break in nicely. I like the looks too.
Comfortable, supportive and light, with excellent traction in wet and snowy conditions. A great alternative to standard running or walking shoes if the terrain or weather is less than ideal. The design is sleek and understated, you can wear them about anywhere a casual shoe would be acceptable. Only quibble (and it's a minor one) is that the tongue does tend to drift to the side a bit despite having a lace securing loop. I'll definitely be packing these for Fall/Winter travels. Highly recommended.
These are great shoes, I hiked in the Grand Tetons with these and they worked great. My only complaint would be that I wore no show socks and it rubbed my ankle a bit. I've purchased some ankle socks and that's cured the problem.
I bought these on a whim when they were on sale. I've never bought official walking shoes, but figured I should since I've noticed foot pain while walking/standing for long periods of time. These are now my GO TO shoes for any sort of extended standing. I have used these to hike in Italy, I've worn them to concerts, I've worn them to work. They are great. My feet do not hurt wearing these unless it's been ALL day. They make it bearable to actually stand for prolonged periods. They look super cool as well. Can't recommend these enough, may even buy a second pair.
They fit great, look awesome and are very confortable.
