I just bought my second pair. I drive Zamboni and wear these to work. With heavy socks they keep my feet warm and toes dry enough. Comfortable and hold up really well. Only reason I bought second pair was because I found them on sale. The first pair is a year and a half and still has plenty of life left in them.

Quick break-in, comfortable, roomy, stylish.Came out of the box with one of the laces already frayed... not a big dealI already have quite a lot of shoes, but wanted a nice "winter shoe" so this high-top, somewhat insulated flat-bottom "boot" fit the bill perfectly, literally, it was about half as much as I was willing to spend.Thick and aggressive tread on the sole, though probably won't do much good for grip on ice compared to some of the Vibram soles I've got on other footwear.The included insole is trash, take it out and put in literally anything else.Amazon suggested I go up a half size/full size, and the recommendation worked out; the boot is roomy enough to use with thick winter wool socks and the toe box is not cramped.I haven't bought a pair of Adidas in probably over a decade, maybe two, but this shoe has put the brand back on my radar after going more for the orthopedic/specialty shoes.I would not use these for 10 mile hikes, but for the hustle of bustle of daily life, they're more than adequate.
The boots are nice but you should be careful when ordering the size. I am true to my regular size with all other Adidas but not with these. If I were to order them again I would order a next size up and wide. These run smaller than normal Adidas.
Pros: Fit is good, with minor hot-spots that may 'break in'. Rugged build, and a soft & quiet outer soul. Great inner cushioning. It's still winter, and my feet are staying warm quite well. Laces lace up well, eyelets big enough for lace movement and lace brackets on the high top hold lace in place properly. Less expensive on Amazon than Adidas website.Cons: Tongue is stiff, and the connecting material on the sides are a bit wonky. Soul logs are a bit flat and wide. No finger loop on the back of the high top area.Will update after they feel broken in, and well used through the remainder of winter & early spring.
I would size up 1/2 to 1 size larger than your normal size. Ive bought 4 pairs of these over the years. I love these boots.They fit well, keep my feet warm and mostly dry and last a long time. I walk around all day at work and have put miles on miles on these shoes. The 12.5 work best for me, normally im a 12. But the 13 work fine too and theres room to slip my superfeet insoles in them.Water proof… water resistant for a while, I regularly spray mine with an outdoor gear water repellent to keep them “waterproof”.
