Buying my third pair
I am an ex runner and avid walker now. I bought the original boost from way back in the day until they no longer were being made and impossible to find anywhere. I had to switch and ended up here. While the boost energy were my running shoes, I have yet to run in these as I can’t run anymore due to a TBI. I walk roughly 10k steps a day and lift weights 10 hours a week in these. I have a second pair as an every day shoe as well and my worn out pair is for yardwork. I do find these to be best for my picky feet. They are comfortable, durable, and adequate support. I have no complaints for the pricing. As for running in these, I can’t say but they have breathing room. Enjoyable shoes!!

Very comfortable
These shoes are very comfortable on foot. They have the right amount of firmness and give. I walk 8-10 miles a day and these are more comfortable than my Hokas. So far I have not had any blisters typical of breaking in other brands of shoes. They are easy to lace up, tighten and keep tied. They look great for everyday were.

Adidas Pure Boost 22 is a good shoes but not great
Adidas Pure Boost 22 is a good shoes but not great compared to the tough competition among the sports shoes market. The fitting is as expected for my men's size 8.5 but could have gone half size up because of the tight fitting toes and forefoot of the shoes. The Boost ETPU midsoles are similar to the Adidas Ultra Boost 22 but much thinner on the 20mm heel and 10mm forefoot area and so walking on flat surfaces is great but not so on gravel or pebbly road. The thin 10mm forefoot midsoles of the Pure Boost 22 offer very little for comfort on such terrain with gravel and perform subpar compared to my other EVA midsoles shoes such as Saucony, New Balance, or Skechers shoes. It is best to get these when they are on sale which they often do on Amazon because the retail price of $130 is too high compared to the competition which will give you more for the money. I got mine on Amazon Prime Days for around $50 which is a very good price. The Pure Boost is very comfortable to walk on flat even surface and will be good for casual walk or short distance run.
