Most comfortable/supportive slides I've ever owned.
I've got flat feed and plantar fasciitis, so my days of walking around my home in bare feet are now 100% over unfortunately. I need to have footwear on that supports my arches at all times now, but wearing shoes or sneakers at all times (and indoors) gets old quickly, and in some cases where I am asked to remove my shoes indoors, I have to have something on to support my feet. It took awhile to get used to never going bare foot, but these slides helped me with that issue tremendously. These are very "cushy" feeling, but are made of a strong enough material to support my weight and my collapsed arches and keep my feet from hurting. I bought two pairs and keep one for exclusive inside wear, and one pair I wear outdoors. The top strap is very soft feeling inside of it and it does not irritate the top of my feet like other slides have in the past. The top strap and length of the slide fit my size 14 feet very well.Be advised: Not all Adidas slides are built the same... you need to make sure you're buying the "Adilette Comfort Slide" to get the supportive/comfy ones. I mistakenly bought the ones labeled "shower slides" and they are a completely different product... much more rigid, and not comfy at all. Looking further, Adidas sells a whole range of slides, so make sure you get the ones labeled "comfort".Very happy with this purchase, they will serve me well, especially in the summer.
