I haven’t got to take these on any forest trail runs, but while on the park trails near my house they performed well! I had to get running socks because the back comes up high and rubbed my achilles, but that solved it! They have great “rocker” support and seem to be holding up well. They are light weight and super cute! Great price for this brand and running shoes in general!
The colors and design are all good the fit was not good for me. This size usually fits me but had not worn Adidas in a long time.I ended up returning and getting a pair of Brooks cross country running shoes.
