Solid shoe; get a half size up.
I'm basing this review on unboxing and doing a test fit/ wearing them in the house for a half day, then wearing them for some light warm up/cool down cardio with about 1.5 hours in between of lifting at the gym for 5 days now. Delivery was great: box undamaged/shoes intact-never worn. Happy that I read the reviews. Love Adidas apparel, but have only bought/worn their soccer cleats for the last 15 years and know those almost always run rather narrow. I have wider feet so I trend toward Asics, Saucony (recently Reebok???). For $30, I decided to give these a try for the gym. Definably go a half size up. When I put them on, I immediately understood why others recommended doing so. It gives you just a bit more room in the toe box without too much space in the front of the shoe. Also, not too tight or narrowly supported in the midsole. As with all shoes, this pair needs a break in period. Pretty comfortable so far. I wouldn't wear them for any kind of extended run, and I'm not going to attempt to relive my gridiron glory days, so I'm not going to talk about their performance with planting, cutting, push off, etc..., but they offer good cushioning and support for the general "gym shoe rotation".
