My 3rd Pair of 4-D Adidas - And My Favorite
From the moment I first saw the 4-D shoes by Adidas, I knew I was going to get a pair. My first was one of the first generation. The chief difference between them and these 4DFWD are the webbing in the sole was much more tightly knit on the earlier pair. The webbing on the new pair are further apart, giving the shoes a more cushion feeling while walking. It's pretty noticeable vs the earlier pair, too. It goes a long way towards making them more comfortable to walk and run in.First off, these shoes look great. I know the 4-D webbing isn't for everyone, but I love them. I think it makes them just about the most unique shoes you can find on the market today and they are comfortable, which is a nice bonus, especially considering how much they cost. I had a pair of 4-D Fusio shoes last year and while I ordered the same size I usually do, they were far too small for me to wear comfortably. I gave them to my son. Honestly, they fit far differently than any other pair of Adidas I have ever owned so I'm wonder what it was exactly, but even though they looked great, they didn't fit. Oh well.These however do. Fit just as my other shoes do. Which reminds me, why can't shoe manufacturers come up with a standardized sizing for everyone? Under Armour size 13.5 are the same as NoBull size 12, and those are the same as Adidas size 11.5 and Nike sizes are slightly off from that as well. I mean, really? It's that difficult to get them to agree on an industry standard that is the same across all manufacturers? Apparently so. Oh well.In short, these are great shoes, they look good and feel great, too. What more can you ask for? Kudos to Adidas for pulling this off with their innovative tech.

Adidas did it again
I’m a huge Adidas fan, particularly Adiboost. Few brands manage to pull off what those are able to. They’re light, comfortable, fit great, interesting looks, great quality and durable. Mine are still going strong after 2 years.Thought no other Adidas would meet my already high expectations. But these 4D’s are surprisingly better all around. Not by a huge margin but better. Size 14 fits comparably to similar Adidas designs.The interesting midsole pattern and familiar look caught my eye and these popped up for $90. So I instantly ordered. The value proposition crushes the Adiboost’s and are as versatile while looking slightly wider. Can be worn with a button down shirt and jeans or shorts and a t shirt.If you own Adiboosts, you’ll love the 4D’s even more.

I'm really into 3D printing and had to get a pair of these. It's not uncommon I catch people looking at them and they ask "what are those" and I get to go on and on about 3D printing.Oh and I guess they're pretty comfy too, only negative is when it rains they tend to collect a bit more water than shoes with solid soles.

Not what I expected for a cute woman shoe.
