Sensory/comfort issue—insole stitching

The sneaker itself is exactly as you’d expect, aesthetically speaking. HOWEVER, the INSOLE is unacceptable. How’re you going to advertise how comfortable your sneakers are but then fail to provide the insert that is assumed to be the source of the advertised comfort?The stitching (for my personal foot) ran under my 4th toe, meaning that my pinky toe technically wasn’t on the traced insert. The stitching used is obviously good quality, but is usually only seen if you lift the insert of the sneaker. But as stated before, there is no insert (imo) so now I’m expected to buy an additional product to accommodate what I thought would naturally just be a part of a sneaker to be purchased by me, the consumer. I did not realize that the cloud comfort foam is not meant to be directly felt by my feet, but rather an insert that is not included with the sneakers themselves, and must be purchased individually (that doesn’t even consider that “the right insert” might be hard to find for any multitude of reasons $).
