I am a size 10W usually, and opted to buy these shoes in black metallic. I was looking for a lightweight shoe that would be airy and I could use for the gym as well as errands. The sizing is true to size, not too long or short. The shoe itself fit my wide shoes snuggly so if you are not a wide width, they will fit perfectly with some wiggle room. As I break them in, I notice the soft shoe top will allow for some stretch and space for my bigger foot. Mind you, it is NOT uncomfortable. If you are a wide size, and have swelling issues, this may not be the shoe for you, but if your wide feet are consistently the same size, I think this would be a comfortable shoe. I plan on using these for Zumba and walking and they will be good for that. I also like how simple and fashionable they look. Not clunky or heavy.
Love the QT racer style. They fit me true to size and are really comfortable. And just in case anyone is skeptical and think they might be fake: I already have 3 other QT racers besides these. They ALL have that thin, crinkly paper feel to the material some make a sound others don't but it does go away eventually, and the insole says memory foam even the ones I bought from Famous Footwear and Shoe Carnival. Some have the cloud foam insole but those are the newer styles because my husband has 2 pairs that say cloud foam on the insole. I can't imagine them holding up with a lot of running or long waking on a regular basis they are more of a casual, run around shoe.
I have a pair of cloud foam sneakers and absolutely love them, so when it came time to buy new running shoes these were first on the list. The shoes are very comfortable and fit great, and I love the memory foam insole. Unfortunately, the memory foam compresses down and doesn't offer much support while running, which can be a little uncomfortable. However, the shoes are very lightweight and are of true Adidas quality. They are stylish and the perfect shoes for gym training!
My go- to tennis shoe use to be an asics running shoe, however for some reason recently I would end up with pain on the balls of my feet and felt like my toes were going numb. Not sure what changed with my feet other than I do have some foot issues, bunion/wide feet, narrow heel. With age (i'm 50+ ) i'm sure that doesn't help matters! I no longer run but do alot of walking and dance fitness classes. These have just enough traction so you don't slip yet not too much so I can freely move without worrying I'm going to twist a knee. Even the standard width is good for my wide foot (with asics would always get the wide) I've ordered 3 pairs so far and have been happy with all 3! I wouldn't say these are the shoes for you if you are a superserious athlete/runner, etc. however for walking, general activities, group exercise they are perfect.
This shoe is amazing! I have a hard time with finding an athletic shoe that I can wear for long periods of time because of fit. My foot is narrow and my toes are very long with my second toe being the longest. Which means if I fit the shoe to give me good room in the toe box the shoe is too loose and my foot moves around causing blistering. If I fit the shoe so my foot is secure then my second toe is scrunched and causes pain and calluses. This shoe feels constructed for my foot. It's made with a different material in the toe box that is made with a malleable soft stretch fabric that allows optimal comfort for toe movement. The upper part of the shoe is constructed from a firmer fabric with much less stretch that hold the foot firmly in place without constricting the foot during movement. This is a shoe you can wear without thought. I'm no longer constantly conscientious of my feet. I can wear them all day without a thought. Truly outstanding
I bought a pair on a whim at Costco a while back thinking they'd be decent enough to wear in the yard if nothing else. I have tons of different athletic shoes - expensive to normal price, etc. I even have running shoes that I bought after a fitting at a running shop. These are by far the most comfortable shoe I own. I now own several pair and I wear them whenever I can....even if it's not super fashionable with my outfit. Now, I haven't done long jogs with these, but definitely long walks (6 miles at a time) and no foot pain and NO SHIN SPLINTS! Hallelujah! I think they'd be fine for a jog (for me at least) since it's comfort I'm looking for. The material is breathes and they're VERY light weight. Not stiff or bulky rubber around bottom.I actually want to walk more and farther when wearing these. Who knew a shoe could motivate me like this. Definitely a staple for me now!
