Comfy and supportive

I bought these for a trip to Costa Rica and they were exactly what I needed. I was able to walk, hike, and climb in them all day without getting blisters or aches. I also use them to play disc golf, especially when it’s muddy. It helps that they are also very cute.

THIS IS A HIKING SHOE

Dear Adidas, please ditch Terrex and go back to the more comfortable trail runners. I have loved Adidas trail running shoes for about 15 yeas. I bought the Kanadia, Rockadias, etc. I purchased this pair of Terrex Trailmakers because the Amazon description reflected trail running shoes. I tried them on and they are VERY STIFF, and uncomfortable all over. I can feel two rub points. One at my right inner ankle bone and the other on the outside of my right foot at a seam in the shoe. The older model shoes are comfortable out of the box, NOT THESE. The box label shows they are Hiking Shoes, not trail runners. The lacing system is foreign, causing me to pull on the wrong side and unlacing the shoe completely when trying unsuccessfully to snug the shoes on. I do NOT recommend these shoes. Especially since they ARE NOT TRAIL RUNNING SHOES.
