Lightweight yet strong
The “Adidas Women's Terrex Skychaser Ax5 Mid Top Gore-tex Hiking” boots are excellent. I love to hike, but my wife doesn't enjoy it as much, so she has never invested in a pair of hiking boots. These boots are lightweight yet strong enough for rocky terrain. Gore-Tex is water-resistant and breathable, keeping things cooler. The mid-top provides ankle support without restricting movement. Rugged hiking boot with a nice design.
These boots are top-notch. I have the low shoe version of these and needed something more for hiking purposes. The quality is unmatched to many I’ve tried and to test them out, I put a puddle of water and they definitely did not have my feet get wet. They are really nice and sturdy on the ankle, but not so much that you feel like you can’t move like a ski boot. The style is quite nice and subtle and I really think that these will be great for these long hikes that I take. The soul is nice and rugged as well, but not so much where you can’t walk on flat surfaces, but it is certainly quality enough if you have gravel or rugged to rain like rocks to climb. You definitely need to go up at least half a size with these. If you are the type to wear large socks or want more room, you might need to go up a full-size.

Because I feel like it's cut a little big, I’d definitely recommend wearing thick socks. The Gore-Tex lining is a brilliant addition and really helps keep your feet dry in wet or muddy conditions. The tread on the sole is excellent and gives great grip on uneven terrain. These Terrex Skychaser shoes from Adidas look and fit great. They work great for work if you have to be in your feet for hours! They’re very comfortable and lightweight, waterproof and code compliant for most work places. Now if they were oil resistant they’d be perfect.

Great pair of hiking shoes!
I typically wear a size 8.5 and ordered these in a 9 for plenty of room. These fit really well and are super cushy and comfortable. The Mid Top is perfect as it provides good ankle protection without the confinement of a high-top boot. These are also pretty stylish and look good on my feet. They are a very nice quality and feel built to last a long time. I’m very happy with these and would recommend!

Really appreciate the quality Adidas put into these. Awesome water resistance and great tread on the soles. They are even produced by a tire company. I was a little confused on the sizing based on the size chart however my normal size was correct. They fit great. Very comfortable and supportive. I don't think they are designed for winter but I could see them being warm enough to use for the driveway or getting groceries. Very happy with these. I would recommend.
