I bought these adidas Ultraboost 1.0 sneakers specifically for a multi-day Disneyland trip, and let me just say: these shoes understood the assignment.From rope drop to fireworks, these babies carried me through 25,000 steps a day with zero blisters, zero aching arches, and zero regrets. Great shoes!
The main critique folks have of these shoes is that it is hard to get them on. These folks seem never to have heard of shoe horns. Makes it quick and easy! But quite difficult without one, because of the stretchy sock that helps keep your foot in place during long runs. This shoe is most known for its comfort, and ability to give help in forward propulsion when your heel hits the ground. The effect is not as pronounced as some Nikes, that also have a higher differential between heel height and front of shoe. For folks accustomed to Zero naked feet flat shoes, these can be too much heellThese wash beautifully in the washing machine. But don’t put them in the dryer.

Comfortable, but snug

Go one size up if you love the style of this shoe.
The tops of my feet were not used to continual pressure. The shoes tongue was not separated from the sides of the shoe so this may be the reason for foot pain during my 8 hour shift.I really loved the colors and style but I couldn’t loosen them for more comfort and relief. My foot is wide so a larger size up might have done the trick. I can’t risk it for the cost. I will have to go to a retailer.I also want to add that they are not sponge like and cushioned as my first pair of ultraboosts in 2020. I hope it comes back as they were the most comfortable shoe I had ever worn in my life. The comfort of crocs but a nice adidas shoe with the stripes.

Favorite Workout Show, Not Long Walks
I love this shoe. I love the way it looks and feels. I wear them for working out and walks. I will say they are not the most comfortable for a full day of walking, like traveling. Not that my feet are killing me but probably a better long term walking shoe out there. Light weight. You can wear with a higher no show sock and you won't see it. They fit great. Can size down 1/2. Some styles are more expensive than others. This particular one is a good value for the money.
