Important to know that these are narrow.
I ordered these in size 9 for my husband. He liked the appearance of them, and wore them for a couple of hours at home, but decided they were just too narrow and squeezed his foot too much. His normal width is between normal to wide. Also they were obnoxiously squeaky.I wore them out for a walk the following day, just to test them for myself, since my size is 9.5 women, and my feet are narrow. They felt good in the width, but a bit loose overall, so I tightened the laces. The default setting is laced up to the second-to-top hole, and the shoelaces are actually very nice: stretchy so you can just slip the shoes on. I undid the knots and laced them up to the top. They initially felt good.For a 1.5 mile walk at a brisk pace, I could tell that these would be best just for casual shoes for wearing to a desk job or going out to dinner. The soles felt thin with inadequate padding for exercise. It began hurting at the back of my ankle in a blister-rubbing way, and when I took the shoe off at the end of the walk, I saw that the inner fabric was bunched and wrinkled. I was able to mostly smooth that out. I thought that the appearance of the shoes would be better for a man, so I won’t keep them for myself. No tie sneakers
As I have mentioned before, I have great difficulty finding shoes that fit my feet. This is often not the issue with the sneakers, but rather because I have flat feet and they are pronated AND they are very wide. I was hoping these Admark sneakers would feel comfortable as soon as I put them on but they did not. However, don’t give up hope as I did try walking around in them for a while and they started to feel more comfortable as I wore them and broke them in. I remember as a little boy my parents telling me I needed to break in my baseball glove and my shoes. :-) These did surprise me in feeling better with use.I do like the fact that you do not have to tie them. For extreme competition, I would want shoes that tie, but for casual wear like these are intended for, it is more convenient. They did not go on to my feet easily, which I had hoped for, but they do come off fairly easily. They seemed to stay secure even without being tied. I do not like the actual color as much as the color in the photo on my computer screen. In person they are a darker grey (almost to the point of being brown) whereas they are a lighter grey in the photo on my computer. They are fairly lightweight as each shoe weighs about 14 ounces.

This is a nice looking shoe that goes great with jeans for a bit of a dressier look. However, the shoe is very narrow (for my feet), and there is not much, if any, cushioning on the sole. I've worn them twice now and they really haven't even begun to get broken in. I'd say if you have a medium/narrow foot, I recommend them. If you have a wide foot, I'd pass on these and find a casual shoe that you know comes in a wide (D - 4D) size.
