Elegant and Polished
These really are beautiful peep toe slingback pumps. I received them in the nude color which is something I have never had before. These will go with anything and you'll look totally pulled together. The slingback isn't adjustable, but luckily they fit my foot perfectly, and I have narrow feet. They look sexy from behind is one feature I really like about these pumps. The one thing that is a little unusual is the toe, it's a cross between a rounded pointy toe and a squared off toe. I guess it's called a "Fish Mouth" from the description. I ordered my usual size and it was a perfect fit. I wear a 9.5 and I'm finding that some manufacturers aren't making that size, only a 9 for a 10, so thank you Adrizzlein for accommodating us half-size people !! They are lightly padded, so comfortable to wear to dinner or a party, but I'm not sure if they would be okay for all day wear . The faux patent leather is very nice with a high shine to it, and they feel substantial on your foot. No they aren't genuine leather, but the world is moving away from that anyway. I generally like to get genuine leather shoes, just because I've had pairs of faux leather peel off or fall apart after a few years, but that's just me !! All in all a very nice pair of pumps with a very different toe, that has a lot of stretch in them due to the elastic in the strap. I feel the price is about right for a shoe such as this.

Beautiful, but not comfortable or stable for extended wear
To start with the positives, these heels really are beautiful—the color of the nude version is really pretty and the shoes have a really stunning silhouette and look more expensive than they are. They seem pretty well made, but not as well made as their appearance might suggest.Now for the less good—first, the fit. I got them in 6.5, which is my standard size. They fit fine on the length and width of my foot, but my heel slid up from the sling back (which is elastic but not adjustable) with each step, which, combined with the height of the heel and the thin width of the heel itself, left me feel wobbly and unsteady (I feel like these would be an invitation for an ankle sprain for anyone unaccustomed to wearing heels — or just people who are a little on the clumsy side like me lol).Beyond the safety concerns, these heels are sadly just woefully uncomfortable. The heel itself is stick-thin, which, combined with the overall design and placement (since I’ve walked on thin heels that don’t have this issue) leads to poor weight distribution and basically non-existent arch support.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend unless buying them primarily for aesthetic reasons (for a costume or a very specific look like being in a bridal party maybe) and even then only if you won’t have to wear them for an extended period of time. They’re SO pretty, but not pretty enough to outweigh the practical/functionality issues, IMO.
