So cute & comfy
A friend told me about these so I got them to try. I’ve been looking for a supportive sandal that won’t hurt my feet. I walked miles in these on a trip at Disneyland and now I wear them as often as I can. They still look brand new and they are extremely comfortable. They fit true to size. And the buckles really work so you can adjust them if needed. I’ve also had 3 family members purchase them and they love them as much as I do. I love that they have a back strap. I’m going to try their slide-on sandals as well.

Great shoe and a great price!
This is a great shoe! Very supportive and comfortable. I feel they run a tad small as I normally wear a 8.5 but when half size are not available will size down. In this shoe I had to size up. No big deal with Amazon free returns. I like them so much (as well as the price) I went back for another pair.

Comfortable, but the size is off
These sandals are very comfortable and will fit a wide foot. The quality is good, and the support is adequate. I have a few issues with them though. First, I had to tighten them to the max to make my feet not to slip forward. I have a medium width, so they probably won’t fit a narrow foot. Second, I usually wear 8.5 and I ordered 9 to give myself some extra room. The sandals I received say 9/39, and there is no extra room at all. Usually 9 converts into 39 1/2, these sandals fit like 39 or 8.5. I would size up more, but I think they will be too large. Lastly, the front of the sandals is cut so if your second toe is as long as your big toe, it will hit the edge. I also need more arch support, but it’s just me.I am keeping these sandals because they are better for my feet now when I have a neuroma. I won’t buy again because of the issues I described. However, I still think it’s a great product that deserves to be tried on.

Exceeded expectations
Typically an 8.5 in sandles and the 9 fit perfectly. I ordered these because I quickly needed some comfortable sandles, specifically with a heel strap, and these seemed like the best bet that could arrive in the time frame. The foot bed is supportive like Birkenstocks, but with with a bit of cushion. Overall great value at the price point and I’ll be wearing these regularly.

Sizing and return
The sizing runs small, so you should probably order one size up from your usual size. The material is faux leather with some kind of really warm lining on the inside. The size didn't work for me and I thought about exchanging it, but with this item you have to return it first and then reorder. Since the return shipping alone cost almost $7 plus my travel expenses to get to the post office, I decided against it. So if you're thinking about buying this, make sure you really think carefully about the sizing.

Kind of as expected, but a let down
I read many positive reviews, but these just didn’t work for me. First, they ran quite small. I should have ordered one size up. Second, the top strap at the toes really rubbed on my feet in the worst ways- it’s a little sharp and stiff.However, I will say that they do look nice- exactly as pictured and the sole is soft and cushy. Support-wise I don’t think it’s got a great arch but they look decent.
