Worn out shoes

Just opened the box and found out these shoes have already been worn. This was the second attempt to buy them. I haven’t even been reemborsed for the first time. Very upsetting and disappointed. I demand my money back. The condition of these shoes is very bad. I bought a second-hand item, i can believe it. I feel frustrated by the Aldo store. I decided not to return them since it was an international shipping and it gets complicated to send them back to Las Vegas.

Sleek

I have been wanting a pair of reasonably priced monk straps for a while and am glad I picked these up. They look great. They have just the right amount of shine to them that they look very classy without being obnoxiously shiny. It is shiny and smooth but without losing the look of a fine leather grain. The straps are classic and not overdone. The leather is on the stiffer side which you would expect for a dress shoe, but not overly so that it is uncomfortable out of the box. In fact I was surprised at how comfortable they are. Mine did not feel like they needed a painful break in period at all. The insole fits my standard arch well. The sizing was perfect for a mens 11 with a regular width foot (D). If I had to be really picky the heel stack could be a little nicer than just straight black rubber, but that would likely mean a price bump and I would not want to go higher for something that is only worn occasionally. Lastly I like that the branding stamped on the leather in the back is subtle in depth and size.
