I have quite a bit of experience with Aldo shoes at this point and they consistently offer well made shoes for a reasonable. value. These loafers look great and are nicely made. THey have a comfortable insole that has held up well so far. The outsole has good traction and durability and offers a good amount of support.
First, the good stuff:These Aldo loafers are soft, pretty color and the style is fairly similar to the expensive Gucci horsebit loafers for much less money.Now the bad stuff:Not the most flattering shoes. They are very long in the front, they gap on the sides when walking and they are at least half size too and yet still very tight.Really hate to have to return them but they are not going to work for me. Maybe they will be better on the size 8 lady that buys them next.
This product was awful, quality horrible. As soon as I opened the package I could tell it was cheap. Not worth the money.
The are very nice loafers. Can dress up or dress down. They look great, but the fit is a little on the large side. They kind of flop around when I wear them, so I’m going to try them with the little socks.
Absolutely beautiful shoe. This is my first pair of Aldo's I am loving the comfort and style. I ordered my usual size which is a 9. I typically wear between and 8.5 and 9. These fit great with a tad bit of room for wearing socks. The shoes are made out of soft leather which give them an elevated look. The value for the money is excellent. I will wear these as a dress work shoe. They will function perfectly for this purpose. They are also really comfortable without socks so wore them all day sockless with no irritation or discomfort.
These high-quality loafers are made with sustainably-sourced leather, which is a huge plus for me. I love to have real leather shoes, and it matters how the leather was sourced to make them. The feel in your hands and on your feet is very light. You can wear them for professional outings with work pants or give a pop of upscale style with a low-key pair of jeans. They’re pretty versatile that way. The loafers fit true to size on me, although they kind of rub at my ankles. I think the price is right for the sustainability factor and the nice way they look. They’re pretty functional in how easy they are to wear for awhile to various types of locations and in various types of events, especially in urban areas. While there’s not a ton of cushion in them, the loafers still feel pretty good to walk in and being so lightweight definitely helps.
