Comfortable, but……….

I bought these shoes in July 2024. I knew they were synthetic leather when I bought them and had no problem with that. I tried them on when they arrived and they were very comfortable with good arch support for my high arches, and accommodating for my very high instep. I did not start to wear them until the cooler weather arrived in the fall. When I did start wearing them in mid September, I wore them only with socks….never bare footed. By January, the microfiber covered lining/padding inside the heels was starting to develop holes. This was not a comfort issue at first and the uppers remained in very good condition. But by the end of March 2025, the holes are bigger and I can now feel them through my socks and I am looking to replace the shoes with something else. As I said, I ALWAYS wore socks with these shoes, so it wasn’t sweaty, bare feet that caused the problem. I think that for $70 (sale price), they should last more than four months before developing holes.

Color comes off way too easily:

These shoes are comfortable, howeverwith the slightest bump or touch against a surface , no matter how easy, the color comes off. This is the second pair I have had to do this. I have only worn these for two weeks.Other brands I’ve used have not done this. I will no longer purchase this brand.
