These are attractive, but not my favorites.
I sort of like these shoes, but as a brand, Allbirds has been a difficult nut for me to crack. I have bought 3 pair of Allbirds and they have run way too large to too tight to bear. When choosing the size on these, the description said that they run large and Amazon suggested an 11.5 based upon the size 11 sneakers I usually buy every 3 months. I ignored the recommendations and went with a 12 based upon my experience. I am really glad I did because a smaller size wouldn't have fit at all. When I got the shoes I was pleased with the quality of materials they choose and the light weight of the shoe. The colors were nice and I like the speckled sole. Fit was pretty tight, they got on, but were not comfortable. Determined to make these work, I decided I would wear them for short periods with limited walking and would hope they stretched enough to be comfortable. After about 3 wearing occasions, they did in fact stretch and I have been able to wear these all day with no real discomfort, though I still will not wear them for really long periods or if I have a lot of walking to do. One odd thing about them is that while they fit ok, I feel like the heel of my foot is hanging off the sole slightly. An odd feeling and something that doesnt instill confidence for any vigorous activity.With the fit out of the way, I like the materials and have never owned a pair of shoes with no tongue. The entire top of the shoe is a single piece vs. 2 sides and a tongue on other shoes. No issues with comfort with this design. One thing that has not gone away after several days of wear is that these shoes always feel just a bit slippery on tile or vinyl floors. The soles are just not grippy, and I think that a wet floor would lead to a fall for some people.Overall I am happy with them though Im not sure I would buy another pair, these are about twice what my normal sneakers cost and for the expense, I would rather have 2 pair of perfectly fitting shoes than one pair of moderately comfortable sneakers. In my mind, for the price I want a better experience and while I realize these are not a value brand, I do expect a little more.Overall, nice look, good quality, mid fit and high price.

Lightweight and comfortable
I ordered these sneakers for my husband, and he loves them. They are lightweight and pull on his feet easily. They don't have a traditional tongue. The bouncy soles are supportive and have nice tread so they grip well, and they are lightweight. The knit fabric is breathable.
