Great shoes.
This is my first pair of Allbirds. I got them because I was traveling from AZ to VT in November and knew it would be cold and rainy there. I usually where a women's 11, but in tennis shoes I need a women's 12. I have plantares fasciitis and a bunion, and wear orthotics. After reading reviews for this style and the fact they do not make a women's 12, I ended up with a men's 10.5. I had a little extra room, but the 10s were too small. Because these shoes are not water resistant, I sprayed them with Scotch Guard. The shoes kept my feet warm and dry, and I did not need to wear my orthotics. It did not take long to break them in, and the soles were thick and very comfortable. I highly recommend these shoes.

Mixed vs. other Wool Runners
Weirdly, while these improve on some aspects vs. the standard Wool Runner they fall short in one major area for me - room in the toe box. The original Wool runners were the same, tight toe box depth. The v2, current Wool Runner fixed that with a roomier toe box but introduced some problems, namely thicker wool that's not as soft and comfy and is used as binding around the tongue. That creates a noticeable and uncomfortable ridge that presses against my foot. So, these are a mixed bag, I want to like them because they have more cushioning in the sole, a better tongue design, so no more discomfort there but they are tight on top of my foot with limited room in the to box again. I just can't seem to find a Wool Runner that's comfy all around; each has issues and compromises v1, V2, and now this Wool Runner Go. Might be nice and comfy for you if toebox room isn't an issue.

Extremely comfortable stylish shoe
These are my favorite work shoes. Comfortable and stylish. If you're unsure I would go 1/2 size up. I love that they don't irritate my achilles (post surgery) and look good in casual or dressier outfits. I've bought many pairs in the past and my only real complaint is that the longevity is not great on the shoe. We'll see if this pair is better than the past models since they've added a larger thicker sole.
