These Allbirds Tree Runners have exceeded my expectations for both comfort and environmental consciousness, feeling incredibly soft and breathable from day one without any break-in period. Life changing for bunion sufferers
I have a bunion and deal with daily foot pain. These shoes are a real help to me. I am 15 years into my career as a teacher, which requires that I’m on my feet most of the day. I haven’t tried these for athletic use, but I can attest to their comfort through the work day. I find myself reaching for them and planning outfits around them at least a couple days a week! They wash well in the washing machine.As far as fit, the toe box is wide enough to accommodate my bunion and prevent toe squishing for most people. The heel is snug and doesn’t allow for annoying slippage over time. The mesh-like tops cause you to see your toes’ outline, so that’s a little weird to get used to. I like the overall lightness of the shoe. The soles are pillowy soft and extremely supportive. Even the grommets and laces are well-made. I do wish these were a bit less expensive, but I think these shoes are truly great shoes. If they can keep me from being any grumpier by sixth period, I’d say they’re a good investment. I will make sure that Santa brings me some in another color for Christmas. : )

Awesome shoes my company provided us with a pair a few a years ago ,glad I could find them again! Shoes are soo comfortable and are GREAT for working on concrete! I got a solid year out of them till I wore out the soles but the shoe and comfort maintained! Great for my heal spurs! If I could give these shoes a 10 star I would! Most shoes I get 3 months wear these a solid year plus! Glad I found them again! Highly recommend these they are worth the price!

Really cute shoe. Comfortable material. They ran a little bit long for me which was just disappointing as I had to return them. The arch support is not great, but I think it would be OK for most day-to-day walking. I ordered size 9 on their recommendation and while they were long, I do think size 8 1/2 my usual size would have been too small.

They push down on your big toe.
Ok. So I ordered a 9 in biege and they were about the right length. Here you see them compared to a size 9.5 Asics (black). I could have ordered 8.5 for the length. They were nice and light and comfy. Except there is no room for your big toe. It is pushed down. So even though the shoes were plenty long, they put pressure on the big toe. There is not enough verticle room in the toe area. They had a nice wide toe box and seemed well made. I had to return them due to the big toe issue.
