I am shocked at the quality of these boots. Ordered 1/2 size larger than my foot because I have wide feet. Perfect fit with just the right amount of space for toes to wiggle. The quality and thickness of the leather and insulation is exemplary. I expected them to be very stiff and awkward at first. Wrong! The fit was extremely comfortable with no instep or ankle pressure. Walking was dead quiet and not at all what you would consider getting with boots made like tanks. Best boots I've worn period. I am 64 years old so that's saying a lot. Will post longer term review.

Quality Boot, but seems more narrow than usual for a size 11
Very well made boot, really good quality leather and stitching. Yet, I had to return these as they were too narrow for my feet in size 11, which I usually wear. I do sometimes wear a 11W size but usually size 11 will fit me OK. I did get another brand of boot and ended up having to get it in size 11W. So, this boot may be sized about right if one doesn't have rather wide feet.

Good in hill country
