I literally love these boots. It's hard for me to find boots that fit and are comfortable. Plus they are super cute and sturdy. Their very warm and the button makes them super easy to put on. Shipping did take a while but they were well worth the wait.
These boots are Amazing! Fur lined and very comfortable. Fit true to size and can wear with jeans, pants, to work. I was not expecting them to be this cute for the price.

Snug fit, but comfortable. I wear size 8 and have wide feet, i did have enough room, but due to the entire inside being insulated ( which is nice) i probably would have ordered at least 1/2 size bigger. Very nice looking for a lace up casual boot.
I actually bought a single pair of these boots 3 years ago in the Chestnut brown color which is the color of the new pair of boots in the middle in the attached picture. I put these boots through the ringer for 3 years and my old pair are still wearable but just kind of dirty now and worn now so it was time for new ones.This winter I wanted to buy a new pair of the Chestnut color and also get they grey and black colors for outfit diversity. They arrived 1 day behind schedule but sometimes it happens. They arrived in appropriate sized boxes and in perfect brand new condition. Nothing wrong with them.I love these boots because the 2 buttons on the side held in place by little bungy bands can be undone, allowing for more calf and ankle room if you happen to have thicker ankles/calves like myself, and it allows you to give them a cute trendy flare around the top of the boot when you undo the first button - if you like that look. I do! I never had the bungy break, fray or stretch out on my first pair, even after abusing the heck out of them for 3 years! And so far, so good with these 3 pairs!They are not water-proof, but they are water "resistant-ish". If you pour some water over them, it beads off. But if you get them really wet and soaked then they do not stand up and you'll have the dreaded "wet socks". Don't despair too much. Some suede scotch guard will help if that and it won't hurt the boots or discolor them. I've totally drenched these things a few times and they dried out without cracking, discoloration or warping. I have been so impressed with the resilience of these boots for the price, seriously.They are so cute, so soft, and a perfect fit. I wear a size 8.5 in tennis shoes but I've always worn a size 9 in most boots and these are size 9 and fit so perfectly. They are a wider fit which I love. There is pretty much zero arch support which doesn't both me since my arches fell long ago but may bother others.I won't lie, these are a bit more fashion then function. While they are warm, somewhat water resistant, and have really strong rubber soles for grip - they have limited ability to adjust the actual fit outside of the 2 buttons on the side. If you're climbing trails in the snow or hiking up mountains.. probably don't wear these. They're perfect for around the town, short walks, shopping, work and casual wearing though.I'm giving 5 stars because I can't think of any real complaint I have that applies to how I've worn or utilized these boots. I get a lot of compliments on them and I hope they never stop making them the way they are now!

These boots look very nice, and appear to be sturdily made. I didn't try out the waterproofing or slip resistance because I decided to return them. The toe area was a little tight, which could be fixed with a larger size, but my main problem is that they are very stiff, almost like thick cardboard. And the lining, while very nice looking, is thin. The bottoms are very flat and hard, more so than most other boots of this style. So I need to find some others.
