Very comfortable shoes. I walk a lot on the job, over a mix of terrain: asphalt, grass lawn, rocky soil, tile and epoxy floors. No matter what I'm walking on, I feel sure footed in these shoes. They feel like a more "heavy duty" version of my lone peak trail running shoes. The added ankle support is reassuring and my feet still breathe well despite the extra material.
Nice shoe; sturdy and comfortable. Not real stylish.
According to the chart I am a 10.5 - 11. I ordered a size 12 and they are too small. I thought maybe they would stretch a little and be okay but actually they seem to be getting tighter. The toe box is wide but not wide enough. there are friction points on the outside edge of both shoes with the right one being worse than the left. It would appear that in this shoe I would need to be in a size 13 wide. That is almost 3 sizes larger than than the sizing chart.

True to size fit. 5 months in and the shoe is holding up great with everyday use. Bit more narrow than my other altras
I purchased these for trail running and they do no disappoint. Love the extra room in the toe box. Soles are very grippy as well.
Comfortable everyday work boots but don't expect them to last more than 5 or 6 months if you do a lot of walking. My feet love the wide toe box.
