Fits great with the wider Altra toe box. I ordered size 9 and they fit perfect. I would recommend these shoes for any trail running that you are interested in going on.Although the shipping took 23 days, I would definitely buy this shoe again.Still puzzled why it took 23 days to ship this shoe from San Bernardino California. Makes no sense at all. I ship domestically and internationally daily and have never ran into this situation.Only thing that I can think of is the seller did not have the shoe in stock, although it says in stock on their listing.

Great shoes with superb comfort and traction, but sizing is offThese shoes are fantastic overall. The BOA lacing system is incredibly comfortable and secure — easily one of the best I've tried. The Vibram outsole provides excellent grip on all surfaces, and the EGO Max midsole offers a smooth, cushioned ride without sacrificing responsiveness.However, I'm knocking off one star due to Altra's inconsistent sizing. I've owned dozens of Altra trail and road shoes, and size 10.5 has always fit me perfectly — until now. These run noticeably small. I especially felt it on long downhills, where my toes were uncomfortably jammed. I’d recommend going at least half a size up (I should’ve gone with 11.0).

Fit is nice but BOA placement is awful. It puts pressure on your ankle if your leg is anything but upright. Other than that materials and quality were great just not the right fit with the BOA for me.
