These are truly the most comfortable and well made running shoes I have ever purchased. I love the wide toe box! I have wide feet and I like wiggle room as it is not healthy to have a tight fit. Most wide shoes don't quite cut it. I used to use Topo's. The quality and customer service is downright awful! These feel like hiking on a cloud! (I use them mostly for hiking). Excellent grip on any surface. I trek down very steep surfaces and while others are slipping and falling, I just keep on trekking! Highly, highly recommend! A++++

Another great shoe by Altra!!!!
This is my third pair of Olympus Altras. I am very happy with this pair. These seemed to hug just right and fit a lot like my other pairs. I have been able to walk long distances in them right away and have had minimal rubbing on the initial walks. I'm in between and 11-11.5 and I'm very happy with my size 11 in these. The large toe box allows for my wider toe area to breath comfortably!

Wide toe box and mostly all black - Finally!
The shoes are as I expected. It's so hard to find all black trail running shoes for women. The width is great, and they are comfy. My only complaint is that it somehow rubs the back of my right heel potentially causing a blister, which I know might be annoying to some people, but I think it's more a sign of my foot rather how the shoe is made.

Tripping hazard - heel "jets"
The shoe is a good running shoe, however the heel has rubber jetting out in the back. Those "jets" get caught on every stair when you descend. They are not for wearing inside or anywhere you need to go up and down stairs - TRIPPING HAZARD! I wear a size 10 women's so maybe the smaller sizes would be fine. I missed the return window or I would've returned them.
