I love them, but they are a little too big around my calves and it is a challenge to keep the laces tied. They are lined and warm. The soles are sturdy and I can wear high heels with the fear of spilling out across the first piece of ice I must walk across. The abundance of compliments I received was amazing. I heard they were elegant, bad a—, fabulous, beautiful, great, etc. I know some will see the heel and be trepidatious, and I wear heels frequently, but they are comfortable all day and after months of wearing them through the winter I am happy to share I suffered no slips, spills, or other winter tragedies. My feet stayed warm and dry throughout the day. The did at times become a little uncomfortably warm by the end of my work day, but it was the only minor discomfort. I highly recommend. Very happy with this purchase.

Way too big around my calf

I had really wanted to like these boots, but as soon as I put them on I couldn't help but notice how big they were around my calf. I pulled the laces as tight as I could get them, but it was just no use. Boots like this should be snug to your leg. After a minute or two I also realized they were probably a size too big and I had ordered my regular size. The material seems nice but I have no idea how well it will hold up as I am going to have return them.
