Go up half a size
The seller is very professional, they answered my questions/concerns right away.I ordered an U.S. 8.5 I'm usually an U.S. 8- 8.5 but I didn't want to risk it being too small. It fits snug, if I had an ordered an U.S. 8 it would have been too tight, so measure your feet and take advantage of half sizes. There's plastic smell when you first open the packaging but it wasn't a problem for me. The shoes have a bit of weight to it which helps me feel stable and secure. There's no liner to separate feet from plastic so wear socks or get insoles. Haven't worn them outside yet so I can't speak for sturdiness. You secure the ankle strap by hooking next to/ behind the buckle. They're really cute I like them a lot.

Cutest shoes ever! Tricky buckles though
I got these shoes for myself, but they were too small for me (I’m a US6.5) my 10 year old daughter wears a US 5.5 and these fit her perfectly with just a touch of room so spare. Her feet are thin but you can tighten the fit with the lower cross cross buckles. The ankle straps didn’t have enough holes to make them small enough for her little ankles but it was easy enough to pop some extra holes in with a needle. She’s worn them two days in a row and absolutely loves how they look, and she says they’re comfortable (a big deal for a kid with sensory issues.) They’re a cute platform style without being too high.All those good things said, the buckles are extremely difficult, even for me to do. One of the little prongs on the buckles broke immediately but I was able to fix it, sort of. I do recommend being super careful and slow when putting them on so you don’t break it like we did lol.All in all, she’s so happy with them that I’d buy them again for her in the next size up to grown into, even with the buckle issues.

I thought these shoes were adorable!! Though I will say to size up. I’m usually about a 4.5 to 5 depending on brand and I got a 5.5 and they fit pretty good. I’m also pretty skinny so the straps wrapped around nicely to my liking. Overall super excited to wear these out !

Cute, but they’ll kill your feet
I’m a usual size 8. I ordered my size. My feet aren’t wide, BUT I guess one foot is usually larger than the other and I felt that immediately. I was fine for awhile but could feel the top of one of the shoes digging into my foot.By the end of the night my feet had swollen and they really dug into my feet. The backs cut into the back of my heels and created a blister. I also have some bruising on top of my feet. I don’t think a larger size would have solved this due to the design.I did receive A LOT of compliments on them though. They are adorable. These just aren’t shoes you will want to wear for hours though.
