I love these shoes. They are the best fitting, most comfortable sneakers! Great for plantar fasciitis, eliminates all pain! Good quality at a very good price.
Now Ladies if your on your feet all day I know those dogs are barking. Take my advice, buy these shoes and those dogs will stop. Very comfortable, great shoe for painful feet. I wear an 8 but bought 8.5. Perfect fit. 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.
The left shoe is very snug, but I'm hoping that will stretch out. Toe box is a little snug all around in both shoes. I wear a 10 medium and my feet are on the narrow side. The arch is pretty good, and comes with adhesive inserts if you need it higher. The weight of the shoes is probably comparable to most athletic shoes, but I wear the mesh kind a lot, so they feel a little heavy, but not clunky, if that makes sense (?), however, once I am used to them I doubt I will notice that. Mainly I was looking for shoes with stability that are cushioney soft-feeling but thick enough to provide shock absorption for my arthritic knees, ankles and left foot as I walk on pavement for exercise. They add an inch to my height, so that tells you how thick the soles are. They helped me walk with less pain, for sure, but not as much relief as I had hoped. For such a reasonable price, I will happily wear them while I search for any out there somewhere that may provide all the qualities I am looking for. They are well made, and I expect they will last many years. I love that the soles are black. I don't like the starkness of white soles on black uppers, because they make my size 10 feet look like clown shoes. They have a nice understated appearance without a bunch of contrasting stripes everywhere, the little bit of stripe, is slate grey. Good traction but pattern is big, so it's not going to be hard to clean off mud, and uppers have some mesh and a scrub with a wet wash cloth will probably suffice to keep the uppers clean. They are certainly better quality than most athletic shoes Amazon offers. I read reviews on over 30, and several of those indicate they, too are having difficulty finding well made shoes that are true to size on Amazon anymore. Even Sketchers are hit and miss and inconsistent in sizing now.
Never thought I would buy pink and purple shoes since im not a super big fan of the color pink , but for some reason these shoes just said buy me you won't regret it! Sure enough I really don't regret it . These shoes are very well made, they fit great and they are somewhat comfortable. I only say somewhat comfortable, because I dont care much for the insoles that come in the shoes . Unfortunately it seems like most of AOV shoes have that issue with stiff insoles, because the other styles I own in this brand I have had to replace them with gel ones. Once I replaced them They all became super comfortable to wear all day... So I decided to replace these as well. Overall Im still pleased with them despite the one thing I don't like about them , but will buy again in other colors. Definitely recommend !
Comfortable at first. But bought in October, and one shoe started squeaking loudly, with every step, 4 months later in February.
I wear the same show until my feet start to hurt. The arch support was really bad because you had to place it in the location in the shoe. The shoe grip/tread only lasted 1.5 months. I need new shoes already.
I was not familiar with the brand, however, I am not disappointed with the product. With plantar fasciitis and being a teacher on my feet most of the day I knew what foot pain was. This is my second pair and I have recommended them to other teachers with plantars. Size is true to other shoe brands.
