True to size no need to break in very comfortable! Will buy again
This is the second pair I’ve bought for my husband and he continues to love them. He says they’re comfortable throughout his long workdays and provide excellent traction, which is important since he works outdoors and walks on various surfaces like concrete, slippery areas and more. One of his favorite things about these shoes is that they resemble steel toe footwear. While he's required to wear steel toe shoes in certain settings, he often find that traditional steel toe shoes are uncomfortable. These give him the look and it pass in environments like warehouses where a steel toe appearance is expected, without the discomfort.Important note: If your job requires actual steel toe protection such as in construction, please make sure to wear proper safety footwear. My husband does not work in construction but occasionally visits sites like warehouses that have steel toe policies. He isn't compromising on safety, just finding a more comfortable option that meets appearance requirements for his role.
I’ve had these boots over a year and they have been great! The toe box is big, the soles are squishy, and they’ve held together well. Very lightweight for work boots.
Comfortable for a good price. Protected my feet but granted I wasn’t on any super rough terrain or anything. I did have to break them in a bit.
Very comfy and lightweight. Definitely necessary to order a size down. My normal is 9 women. I ordered this first and they were sliding off my feet. Returned them and ordered an 8.5 women and I am happy with the fit.
My old steel toe boots had seen better days.. have had them for about 3 years. Rarely wore them outside of work, but yes worn working at a few warehouses. I'm a size 7 1/2, plantar fasciitis, a little of diabetic neuropathy, and fibromyalgia. My current job is a very physically demanding job - loading boxes into trucks for an international shipping company. I already had orthopedic foot pads to put in them as I had read from others about comfortability. They do fit almost quite snug. I did take the chance in buying my actual size. I also wear breathable ankle socks. Though if you wear thick cotton socks, might want to buy a size up if possible especially if you have wide feet. I haven't tested if they're slip-resistant, or water proof. I only wear them when I'm on the clock.. I wear a different pair of boots/shoes going to & from work that are more comfortable to wear when I'm commuting via public transportation. For now, so far not too bad, still adjusting to them.Update: These I purchased March 2025. Currently almost at the end of 2025 😮..Don't chance it.. not even on the size 🙈🙉🙊🤦🏻♀️ Initially they were great.. The slip-resistant was there, but quickly vanished. Lately, my feet have only started to hurt way more than ever. I now have Achilles Tendonitis along with a spur that was not in my left foot to my knowledge ?!?! I know have PT for that very foot, soon knees(my Ortho Dr is going to love me 🙄), hips are on the horizon as well. I work part-time (3-5+ hours) - love this economy & job market 🙄😔🙏🏼I would discourage buying these & keep looking, but also read the reviews including date of purchase might help.
