Perfect
I tried on about 10 pairs of shoes last weekend. Nothing worked. I was looking for simple casual shoes for the fall. The weather is still warm but we will be getting into a little colder days. I searched and found two pairs I ordered from Amazon. The first pair was clogs. I immediately put them back in the box as they hurt. Then I tried these shoes on. It was such an amazing different. The arch support was super and I felt like I wasn't wearing shoes. They are so comfortable. When I worked on my feet all day, I bought several "ballerina" shoes from this company. It was easy to wear on my feet all day. Then I moved south and I wear flip flops in the summer and clogs in the winter. But these are really something and I'm pleased. It's casual but can be worn with dresses.

Keeping, even with challenges- Kind of like a husband
I wear an 8.5 normally and will order a Wide when available... so ordered the 8-8.5 as my closest option.My big toe comes to the end of the shoe 'at that part' of the shoe.. shoe does extend out more at the midline.The toe box is so soft and plenty wide... in fact the whole shoe is very wide. To make it feel nice and snug, I had to tighted the velcro closures so far that the ends of those straps flapped out from the shoe too much. At the base of the straps is some 'give' with an elastic- so I backed off from stretching that part and found I could make it snug without pulling so hard. Super soft comfy shoe.. that looks attractive from leggings to a dress, and makes my big ole feet look nice with some shape to them (not boxy) I would get multiple colors but at this price, I'm not confident they will hold up enough with the velcro and soft quality of the shoe material- plus the arch support is less than I'd hoped... I have regular arches.

The vendor, Zappos, sent dirty shoes
I purchased this for my mom who is 93 years young. She has the same style of shoe in black that was purchased from Amazon, but the vendor was from the UK (Legend Footwear). She loves her black shoes and likes the color of this shoe in blue. However, when I turned over the shoes, the soles were dirty. Someone obviously wore them and no one checked the bottoms to ensure the shoes were clean. I paid full price $124+ and expected them to be new. Since the rest of the shoes look fine, I don’t have the heart to tell my mom I have to ship them back to get new ones and she’ll have to wait again. She is almost childlike and doesn’t understand that they are expensive shoes that should be clean/new. Would not recommend purchasing from Zappos.
