Great work boot. Comfortable and durable.
Stylish, lightweight.
Comfortable Junk is what these are. 2 pair in less than a year. Significant sole issues both pair, soles have come apart, no holes, comp toe held up but major design flaw in the sole. It's unacceptable really. I don't care if they are under 200.00. Should last longer than 8 months. Husband delivers fuel and yes he's on his feet 14 hours a day he delivers to stores and farms and pump offs. No standing in water, no mud, we live in Texas so hardly any water. There is no reason the soles blow out the way they do other than crap design. Ariat should really do better. It's suppose to be a good brand. This boot is not.
Comfy and lightweight, hope the squeaking goes away.
True to size... broke them in within a couple days
I am a heavy guy and walk on concrete all day! These books are great the laces could use an upgrade, but the boots fit and wear great. This is my second set the first lasted 2 years and I still have them for yard work but no longer water proof.
I work on a large farm, mostly around fertilizer and chemicals, so with any pair of boots, if I get 6 months out of them, I am really lucky. These boots are really comfortable and nice to wear during the summer. Having the lower cut helps with not being as hot during this time of year. They flex really well, and still have enough rigidity to support my feet during long days of work, not in fields and on concrete. The rubber on the sole is pretty grippy, but is a little soft and leads to some durability issues. On both feet, holes appeared moderately quick, and this lead to the spine in the sole coming out. Once that happened the shoes were quickly not wearable. This happened about 4-5 months after starting to wear them. So, again not quite as long of durability I get out of a pair of Ariat boots, but still pretty decent. The leather on the boot is good quality as expected. In 5 months of wearing these boots, I only had a few abrasions that went all the way though the leather to expose the toe cap. The main issue I had was where the welt is at. The rubber sealing between the upper and the sole deteriorated in about 3 months and the shoes were not water resistant any more.Overall, I would be inclined to buy these boots again. I think they are a good summertime boot, but fall behind just a little bit in durability. If you aren’t as hard on shoes as I am, I think they are worth the money. If you go through boots like I do, I think you might be better off to go a different route for the same amount of money.
