Comfortable feel with quality and style
I bought these on a whim when looking at a second pair of my Ariat Spit Fire I wear currently for work.I wear these for work and travel. They are true to the fit. Well made and stylish.There are only 2 negatives I can see with them that folks may find an issue with. On the inside where the leather comes together is on the outside ball of your big toe region. This may cause someone with wider feet or gout discomfort until you get them broken in.I recommend if you have wide feet you size up by a half size to provide a little extra comfort. I started with a 10.5 Wide like my Spit Fire. They fit as expected but the above mentioned seam where the shoe / boot comes together on the inside on the big toe region was a little to tight for my comfort. After shifting to a size up to an 11 that issue was resolved and the distance for my toes to the edge of the footbed wasnt overly egregious.Very happy with the price and quality of these shoes by Ariat.They required no break in period with the soles or overall feel for stiffness.Again if you have wide feet recommend you shift up a half size in your normal size in wide and you should be good to go.

Wide boots
Great boot, I love the chukka boot look but through the years never found any that didn’t feel weird on my feet for whatever reason, these are definitely comfortable, short break in period, look great and plenty wide for my wide foot

Pleasing Quality well made
I’ve been wearing this style shoe since the 1970’s. They had gum soles on them that lasted and stitches were involved in bonding shoe to the sole. Pre glue days.Since then I’ve gone through years of the same style suede uppers, but the soles were all glued and soles were made hard.Theses Ariats are made old school. Similar gummy sole material and REAL stitches holding it to the suede upper. There may be some glue used in addition in there, but this is the authentic thing. Most comfortable shoe I can remember and my feet are used to being free in flip flops. No break in and a perfect cushioning walk in them. Several people have commented favorably on them on different occasions.Might want to consider ordering a half size larger. I wear a 10 and it was too small. Went with a 10.5 and it was perfect.

Love these shoes
They fit well and are true to size. They are comfortable and the soles are very shock absorbing. You can wear them all day and hardly know you had shoes on. They are well made and will last a long time.
