Very Poor Customer Service.
The boots are beautiful however they were too small. We returned then almost 3 weeks ago and have verification of returning then but they still have not issued a refund. Will be contacting Amazon to sort this out.

Depends on the person
Narrow for a EE size and goin any higher makes the heel slip extremely noticeable. Came with some weird blotches towards the bottom of the boot that dont go away and takes forever to break in. That being said theyre EXTREMELY DURABLE and probably one of the only affordable boots that comes with a non slip rubber sole with a good year welt.
