They suck
I've been wearing Ariat work boots for 5 years now. 3 or 4 different pairs. I'm no longer in the field I'm working in the warehouse. So I decided to try a hybrid work boot / shoe. I wear an 8 and 1/2 in every pair of Ariat I've owned. So I bought an 8.5. And my toes are hitting the safety toe hard. Very uncomfortable. Being that I've worn them I could not return them. So I bought a size 9. Guess what? Gigantic compared to the 8.5. My foot just slides around in them which is almost as uncomfortable as the 8.5. So now I have two pair of these that I cannot wear. I even bought a shoe stretcher and tried to stretch the 8.5s to where I can wear them since I have so much money tied up in these now. Didn't help enough. I contacted Ariat to explain to them that one shoe is small and the other shoe is gigantic. Only a half size difference. So they offered me a coupon code for 40% off of my next purchase from Ariat online. No thank you. I've wasted enough money. My feet are thin also so if you have decent size feet and wear an 8.5 good luck. Get the nine and hope it ain't gigantic on you. Very disappointed with Ariat.
