High quality and comfortable!
My son ordered these boots to replace his current ones that badly needed retiring. His feet have stopped growing, so it made sense to invest in a better quality. Upon delivery, he tried them on and found they are true to size. After taking them for a test walk he said they were very comfortable and he appreciated the ankle support. He then applied some mink oil to initiate a good care routine since they will be exposed to rain and snow. He does a fair amount of walking and told to me a couple of weeks later that they already feel like they have conformed to his feet and he would highly recommend them. They feel solid and I believe they should easily last for several years.

THIS IS A HIGH QUALITY, COMFORTABLE BOOT. I SHOPPED FOR LEATHER BOOTS FOR ABOUT A MONTH AND MOST OF THE BOOTS WERE GARBAGE. MOST WERE VERY THIN SPLIT LEATHER, IF YOU WERE LUCKY. THE BULK WERE NUBUCK OR WERE PHO LEATHER. THE SOLES WHERE FOAMY TOO. YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH THESE BOOTS UNTIL QUALITY AND VALUE RE-ENTER THE BOOT MARKET. THESE BOOTS ARE GREAT BECAUSE THEY CAN BE USED AS A HIKING OR WORK BOOTS, BUT IF YOU DO ALOT OF DIGGING I WOULD USE A STANDARD NUBUCK WORK BOOT.

Quality boot
As an elevator constructor I am on my feet constantly for long periods of timethese boots are comfortable and true to size. I did purchase my own inserts but that's on me. The inserts in the boots are comfortable right out of the box. I will be buying these again.

Quality questionable
Comfortable work boot, however they didn't hold up as they pulled apart where leather attaches into rubber sole of shoe. Disappointed since I've always associated Ariat with quality.
